Thursdays are triggering for me. I’m sure it’s because I used to convince myself it was basically the weekend and I could drink the day/evening away. Today felt better and less triggering though. Which felt so good. Slowly winning and I’ll take it.

I had a rough day as well, just driving kids around, working, and life stuff. Couldn't get out of my own head, looking back now on my way home knowing I made it through another day and all the triggers feels Amazing!!!

Keep pushing. Name a new day week for yourself and do something new on that day. I tell myself Friday’s Monday’s or even Friday or Wednesday and I play music for myself take a ride or self care veg on movies for self and new meeting etc my Friday is actually sat lol
