Time and time again I have started with day 1. I made it 5-6 months without touching a pill 2 years ago. Now I'm so far gone, I have gone 1 day without in a long time. I can not find the end of the tunnel. I can not see the light

One minute at a time…you’re only human and this does not define you. Even going one day without it is worth being proud of. :heart:

Thank you. Friday was my 31st birthday. I want so bad this year to be year one. I am so uneasy for what's coming tomorrow. Day 1
