Some have expressed battles with sleep. Is this something you dealt with and what helped you sleep better?
Almost a year now and I still Battle Sleep. I literally have to Take a hot bath, put on something to watch (lately it's been The Walking Dead: Those That Live) and just watch it until I catch myself passing out and then drag myself from the couch to the bed
I usually take a magnesium before I go to bed to help calm my mind from racing
Yup, I even took a little coaching class on it because goshdang insomnia is something I've struggled with forever. I second the magnesium. You can even take it with your sleep meds if you take those. No screen time, no drama or disturbing TV for at least an hour before bed if possible. I have sleep times set on my phone so no one can call me after 8 pm unless it's an emergency. No sweets or caffeine after 3-4 pm. No fruits after 6 pm. And lastly, if you struggle with violent dreams or distressing dreams. Highly Highly suggest a dream book. Basically beautiful scenery and lovely quotes to prepare your mind for bed.
