The basis is usually what brought you here, what it's been like and where you are now. Some people start in their childhood highlighting what things happened that launched them into their addiction as teens or adults. And how that's played out. Hope that's helpful to at least start

What Steven said. Make sure others know it can be for them, too. Don't forget to share the pain. This will let others know there's hope for them, too.
