Thanks man I know it’s such hit and miss with this stuff some days I’m fine than others it’s like bricks on me

To me the past may not ever go away. We will always have to deal with the consequences of the past. That said, though we have to deal with the fallout of our past; we are no longer our past. Once you realize that you are no longer that person, you can deal with your past in a matter of fact instead of with the emotion of it.
