Today has been a struggle with cravings— any suggestions on how to overcome them. I seem to only be thinking of pills.

Try meditation. It has helped me tremendously. You can find all sorts of videos on YouTube. Also try calling a friend. Also very useful.

I find something to do to get busy. A good brisk walk helps me.

Keep your mom mind occupied. Play the tape forward and think what would happen and how you would feel if you did use.
