Today has been a test. Tons of ups, tons of downs. But when it rains it pours. And when life test me, I have to remember to beleive in myself. Alcohol doesnt fix the downs or ehance the ups. It makes life cloudy and confusing. It makes it easier to neglect my problems and over celebrate the victories and derail my goals. Never give up on yourself. YOU ARE WORTH IT! 🫶🏼
