Challenging is a great choice of words! I no longer say I had a bad day. I like to say challenging or difficult. We can learn a lot from these types of days. We all know what a bad day is truly like. Congrats on pushing thru
If it's hard it means you're doing it right and feeling that its worth it (IMO).
