Today I am grateful for 75 days sober, a decent day at work, two walks and getting my grocery shopping done after work.

Any day sober is a blessing, so great for you! Those first six months were really tough for me, and I remember how great I felt but scared as well. Drinking and using was all I knew, but slowly and on my higher powers time I began to heal and live a life I never thought would be possible. Keep going, sobriety is a gift from the heavens :innocent:

Thank you, Jason. I feel good mentally and physically these days, and the Loosid community is an additional tool I am using this time around.
