today i am grateful for all my new sober friends and my home group Alano .. going to get my head straight or even just to listen but i rely on my group friends to help my think about how to think about resolving my problems without the use of substances .. times my will over my issues are weak and need that experience strength and hope to guide me .. today i am okay ..
