Today I am grateful for my kids, especially my oldest who turns 9 today. I am nowhere near where I want to be, but there’s no doubt he has saved my life more than once.

That's awesome. Also that you're realistic and have a goal inview to achieve. At least you recognize he has given you another chance at life, and now is the time to repay him here and now!!! Only you know how!
