Today, I am grateful for new found friends and old ones. And I'm thankful for the God that stays the same while every one of us changes. I'm thankful for love in all of its forms and fashions. I'm thankful for responsibility and this new found, God-given ability to face it head on. I'm thankful for life and the beauty that lies around every one of its various corners. I'm thankful for this crazy, abstract, unorthodox world that we live in, and for God showing me my place in it. I'm thankful for second chances, and the mistakes that I made to warrant them, and also for the ability, finally, to see the silver lining around each one of those dark clouds, that they are the stepping stones which led me to be the man that God is creating in me for His service today. And I'm thankful for the ability to reason, as He takes me up into the whirlwind that is His bosom and hold me in His hands, cradle me in His arms and tell me the words that I've never listened to until now, the very words on which my existence hinges, the words that I now say with truer, deeper meaning that even my own mind can fathom, the words that are my drive,y motivation, my passion: I love you!!!
