Today I am grateful for the rest I was able to get yesterday. I’m grateful that I felt safe enough to place a boundary for my own peace and it was listened to and well received. I’m grateful for my therapist who understands that sometimes I just need to have a session to vent all of my worries, rather than find more things to fix. I am grateful for my mother’s hugs and constant reassurance and love when I am feeling overwhelmed.
