Others often see a change in ourselves before we do. Sobriety is a wonderful thing. How much time do u have?

The people who we do life with know us on a more intimate level and having those friends or family are so important! “Way to go Laura!”

I had about 10 weeks and had a little fall back for a couple days. So today is my new 1 week!
Stay strong. AA works. It's just hard in the beginning
