Today I am grateful to have people around me who can notice what is bringing me down and how I can bring myself back up before I drown in self ignorance. Thank goodness for wonderful, genuine friends, families, sponsors, and professionals.

I am touched by your self disclosure and the honesty and openness with which you share that kind of willingness will lead to the acceptance and that’s the key to knowledge of self. You are obviously not ignorant ignorant. Perhaps you’re being a little to hard on yourself. We alcoholics often have strengths and weaknesses but they may be in different areas. If you have been a teacher you have demonstrated that your skills are knowledge in some subject matter is there but maybe a commitment to yourself will help in insight or Self knowledge which is what what isn’t taught in school, but canes with adult developmental growth and you have already begun to have a hunger for that. I pray you will find that the Higher Power will turn what you call a weakness into your greatest strength. As often only God can do. I am praying for blessings and that you have a life worth living and have it in abundance.:love_you_gesture::pray::rose::sun_with_face::heart_decoration:
