Today I am greatful to have people who care about me enough to want to see me succeed, I am greatful to have people who worry about me, in my addiction having people care about me filled me with anger and distrust because I believed them to be fake, today it fills me with love, in my addiction having people worry about me filled me with dread and misery, today it fills me with empathy, today I am greatful for growth and compassion
