I too, am thankful!
Downright grateful.
 I don’t have much in the way of friends, and I no longer have family and I can’t even move enough to get to a job on a daily basis, so I’m probably never going to work again and live in poverty.
Yet, I am grateful!
I am right there with you and thankful that I woke up another day.
Every day when I wake up, whatever thought comes across my head, or whatever the situation might be, I start my day first by saying “Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.”
