Today I hit 5 months sober after 25 yrs of drinking every night.
Month 1 was the hardest
Month 2 I didn't think I could keep going but stuck with it.
Month 3 I started feeling better
Month 4 started enjoying the benefits of not drinking.
Today I feel pride in my achievements

Congrats Mark! Are you going to meetings? Church? Helping others? What’s your technique?
I’ve tried to do it on my own before and failed even after 2-1/2 years of sobriety. This time I’m working the AA program and feel like a completely different person on a beautiful spiritual journey.
Hi. So no I don't go to meetings. I just drank so much during the pandemic that I knew I needed a break from it
