Today I hit my 75 day's I would have never thought I was able to achieve this in my life I've been a addict since I was 15 went from smoking cocaine then at age 22 I was hooked to the needle doing heroin at age 26 I started my meth addiction and I was using them for years if I wasn't in prison I was a full blown addict and never wanting to quit but now it's cause me to have some major health problems that I'm dealing with now Nov I had a minor heart attack and now it might be worse than that but I just want to be able to be part of my kids life for the rest of my life I want them to remember me as the amazing dad that changed his life for them and enjoy what ever time I have left on this great place loving life and I wish I would've done this years ago I can't change the past but I can make sure what my future will look like I hope all y'all having a great day and stay strong and live your best life much love y'all timmy

Thanks for sharing. I always ask myself.... how can you grow if you've got 1 foot in the past? The only time I need to be thinking about the past is if I'm working on healing. My recovery journey is focussing on what's present. you're making it happen and you're doing the work, proud of you. Thanks for the reminder.
