I just cant take anymore right now it batter if i put my life in his heads bec im really down at my lowest at this point and i know im so much more then this i don’t understand how I could even let someone or something do this to me again it be there last time to believe that aman

Remember, this is a journey. It’s a process. It has valleys and mountains. Though it may seem like it’s a huge struggle right now. It’s because when you get through, it will be another learning lesson and another tool to add to your toolbox. And the best thing about is, you’ll be able to help others when you get through this. This too shall pass.

What's happened is over and done with. Can't change what has already happened just focus on your present moment one minute at a time...listening to your breathing in through the nose and out the mouth slowly a few times w your eyes closed...can help ground you...be gentle with yourself...we are human...nobody said we were perfect♡

I believe in you!
We can only do this sober. We have to feel to heal. It hurts now, but it will pass. Nothing good or bad lasts forever. Stay single for a while and fall in love with recovery and the person you are becoming. It gets better. Actually, it gets amazing.
