Today, I’m especially grateful

  • I managed to suppress urges to self harm and relapse after receiving devastating news yesterday
  • I was able to wake up feeling well rested despite sleep disturbances and a minor migraine
  • me and my partner will be celebrating our anniversary picking apples and making cider
  • I’m staying hydrated keeping myself grounded through the anxieties I’m experiencing
  • I was able to check in with two other acquaintances going through similar hardships
