Today I’m focusing on strength and hope.. this is a cunning and baffling disease that is progressing and this time last week I had no hope and couldn’t escape the darkness this disease has brought me.. I asked my higher power to just give me that little bit of “want” that I need to break through the insanity that has smothered my life… for the first time after years in and out of the program I have the courage to get numbers and call others.. THIS IS NOT LIKE ME.. I could have never done this before on my own… for that i am grateful
