The bondage to health is seldom discussed in recovery but it’s why newcomers come back from the pink cloud.

The only thing that matters is that you let yourself heal right now. I love that pink cloud and then I told myself it’s fine if you dream of castles in the air for that is where they belong. Now let us build foundations under them.
