When I think of my friends who I've made in recovery I get a very special feeling. Not that I don't have friends outside of recovery because I do, and there's definitely some solid relationships there!
Sorry to take all this space, but I can’t see what I writing after a while. Anyway, my “recovery friends” are solid gold! They’ve been there for me. I was in the hospital once. They came EVERY DAY and twice a day to boot! They even brought in an NA meeting JUST for me. And I do the same thing for them! I’ve flown out of state when someone’s mother had cancer. I didn’t even think of hesitating! I love 12-Recovery. For me: It just works. Thanks .
