So many things, but I’m going to share things I’m most grateful for. These things include:
• feeling refreshed enough to clean and cook myself breakfast after an 8hr rest
• keeping myself hydrated and exercising for an hour at the gym
• having therapy and attending both group and workshop later
• trusting my intuition and ability to discern what is and isn’t good for me
• being 19 almost 20 months sober from alcohol
