Today I’m great full for leftover chili and not having to prepare dinner tonight, waking up to a semi clean home and ALL laundry put away (that’s a miracle), that my instructors feedback on a project was positive and I do not have to redo the entire PowerPoint today, and that I have time to study while my son is at school. I’m also grateful for the family bike ride my sister, mother and myself went on yesterday, during a moment I was debating a beer to unwind. Furthermore, I’m grateful that I have these simple things to be great full for and that I’m not solely focused on my stressors or anxiety
