Today I signed up for this app. I have 11 more days to go in rehab and I am very nervous to leave. I will complete 30 days of inpatient rehab on December 22. Rehab has been a life changing event. The people are so kind, supportive, and non-judgmental. I am thriving here, but I am terrified that the outside world will eat me up and I will be right back to drinking.
