It will be all right, I've started over thousands of times. Just take one day at a time honey today I will not use or drink. That's the only way I have been able to be free from the monster I had Become. Be easy on yourself and you got this sweetheart. I'm 64 and trying to stay away from crack and vodka. Just get through today. I’ve been on Day 1 many times. I’m on day 21 and still going. I feel so much better already but the fight continues. Wish you well and stay focused.

You do the right thing by start it take just one day at a time and I here if you need friend or someone to talk to

Starting again knowing more about yourself. What made you relapse? People places or things? Find where it went left and don't put yourself in that situation again. You can do this!
