Today I will focus on the 24 hours in front of me.
I will commit and follow through.
I will be kind to myself.
I can do hard things.
I can change.
I do not have to remain stuck in my old ways.
I can break out.
I can completely transform my life by intentionally making different decisions.
It will be painful, but I’m casting the vote for my future self.
I just need to get through today, and today only.
