Today I will get my certification in Mental Health Council ing and Substance Abuse Prevention. Honestly, I still am using meth, alcohol, and pot. During school, about 2 years ago, I lost a brother. And I spiralled down out of control. It seems obvious to other students, but the covid bought me hiding, and I regressed. Now, graduation day, and a problem. How to kick, and pursue a 2-3 year internship In Person where I can't hide. 2 years, and I've got the summer before it starts to get. Straightened out. This is my confession, now please advise.

Find a program. You can always try AA and NA, but it sounds to me like something more intensive would work better.
I myself just finished a great IOP program in the Washington, DC area. Check around, check the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's website (https://www.samhsa.gov/) for a treatment locator.
