Today is 3 months. I’m really proud of myself, I never thought I could make it. It really is one day at a time and some days are hard as hell.

Hey Noah! Thanks for sharing! I hit that 3 month milestone 2 weeks ago. It’s nice to be able to reflect back and see how far we have come. You are right about some days being tuff! I think we grow and learn the most on those days. Getting thru the pain and discomfort without numbing ourselves gives us confidence that we can get thru life sober. Great job Noah! Let the journey continue…
