Today is 5 months. I’m up and down. Thoughts about divorce and a wife who’s got a huge blamethrower; unkind and no spirituality. I feel like I’m on this journey without her and that makes me sad but I’m happy and proud of the person I’m becoming. Can anyone relate? How do you accept acceptance of living in toxicity while growing spiritually?

That is a tough one. When we become enlightened we see things we never saw before

Seems people are shy about taking sides in your marriage - being around negativity can kill - I call it death by a thousand cuts. Being alone is bad too . Good luck.

Well I can say that being around negativity sucks! I had some of it last night. I want to drink over it but it did trigger my anger towards this person. I would say keep working your program of spirituality. Learn compassion towards others. I’m know I’m trying my best with this. It’s more difficult with the ones we love. When we continue working on us others will see the progress and possibly start to change themselves. Congrats on 5 months. Keep your head up. Stay focused on your sobriety and program. Learn healthy boundaries. Remember easy does it. One day at a time. Have a wonderful day filled with love and peace within my friend.
