Today is a better day. But I do hear that demon in the background. I fight so hard. It makes me fearful for the rest of the day.

Keep sobriety laser focused. If you don’t have a support group like AA, then please do this. Remember “ I get drunk. We stay sober”.

Thank you. I have a AA group but it's all women. They are the loveliest ladies.
