Today is a tough day for me, in the last 3 months I've lost two close Brothers of mine to the disease of addiction. I will not let their deaths go in vain I will push on and surrender to the program and follow the directions program of Narcotics Anonymous. Today I choose not to act out on my negative feelings and do something positive to help somebody else

Can relate! Lost bestfriend of 35 years last year...countless friends/acquaintances over the years...a nephew recently (cirrhosis) Keep on keeping on!
