Today is all about helping others, as I have learned from the program, I need to get out of myself and focus on being of service to others. My sponsor likes to remind me I may be the only big book someone ever sees. So just for today I will be quiet and listen, I have two ears and one mouth, so I will attempt to use it in proportion. I hope everyone has the best day possible and finds a way to leave those around them, better then they found them.
