Dark chocolate, sugar, and caffeine help with the cravings when they come. I substitute honey for sugar in my coffee and whenever else I can.
…also keep this in mind. If you’re craving that means you’re getting better.
Stay safe. I have found a trouble shared losses 1/2 of its power over me. I rat myself out when I feel like using/drinking because that was a suggestion from my fellows.
Torie you’re not alone. We are here to support each other. Telling on ourselves helps. Also getting to AA/NA meetings even online really helps.

You are getting better. Another thing, if I may add, is doing some type of service or volunteer work if one is able also helps. Today I’m volunteering to help clean the A.A. fellowship I attend. It gets my mind off of me and my situation and I know I’m doing something good for others and myself. Hope this helps.
Keep up the good work Hun.. and if you need a day in bed ... Take it!! Don't worry about what other's are thinking or saying about you behind your back! Their opinions don't matter! Yours do!! Do what is right for you!! You got this!!

When I had cravings, I used to do a chore. Vacuum, dishes, start cooking, etc. Move a muscle, change a thought.
I’m suffering with anxiety from drinking yesterday- I’m sober tonight but really depressed. Don’t do it !! Hang tough your healing and getting better
