Today is day 7 for me. I just got back from Alaska. It was a high stress weekend. I did not have a single drink the whole time despite my sister and SIL drinking most of the weekend. It was easier than I thought it would be.

Congratulations, today too is my 7th day without a drink. It’s been easy but I have a big test next four days…going to hang out with old friends that are used to me getting hammered with them.
