Day 8 for me and boy yesterday was a struggle for me. Day 7 is usually my hardest, but I pushed through and I'm so grateful I did. You will too! You've got this!

Getting sober is rough. You probably have heard this..FIND MEETINGS. Do 90 in 90 days. It really helps in early sobriety

What Eileen said, get to some meetings, make some sober connections that you can call when you need to. Do sober activities with sober people.
