It gets so much better. I’ve been where you’re at several times.
I don’t ever want to go through day one again. Thank you for sharing and helping me stay sober today.
You are loved today. Every day you are sober is a blessing.

When people ask me why I think sobriety dates are important, I tell them that it’s not the only thing that keeps me sober, but it’s one of the things that keeps me sober. I need all the things that I can get.

I know the first couple days are rough, you just wanna feel a little better. But using just to feel better is just temporary, you will wake up the next day with the same problems and feel worse. Try to stay busy. Go to meetings. Evey day gets better. It's so worth it.

I feel like the first few days are the hardest. For me it was def the first week. Don’t get me wrong, the temptations are there for me still, however, I have adapted to working out and trying to get back to a healthy lifestyle. The speaker series and listening to AA speakers have been an immense help.

Great starting date that makes a great benchmark…go for it..

You know what work. Pass it on .you can do this!:dromedary_camel:
