Today is my last day/night in the PHP/IOP program. I move to sober living tomorrow. Im in the “Avenues Recovery” program in NH. I started my journey to recovery on April 8th 2025. Ive had good days and bad. I can’t believe how far I have come. If I can do it anyone can. These programs work. Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed to ask for help for you or a loved one.
