Today is not a good day for me mentally. I'm a little sad, little emotional, and feeling a little bit of regret and guilt for how I've treated people in the past. I know this is all part of the process as my brain chemistry tries to get back to "normal" so I'm just riding it out. I know it will pass.

Nothing is permanent. Just ride the wave and learn what you can along the way. The journey is the destination.

If you can talk about it, you can live with it.
It’s going to be ok. That’s the disease telling you that you might as well just get loaded. It’s a lie.
Ask for help removing selfishness, dishonesty and self pity from your thinking.
