I do go to meetings I go to white out and I go to Nirvana here in Lakewood

Fabulous job! You are probably already feeling the benefits of not using. Keep on keeping on and you won’t even realize that soon it will be a year sober.

Yes I am already feeling the benefits,,now I have to work on my self esteem and get my confidence I have been lost those 2 things due to other reasons

It’s so important to have your confidence back. That way you can face your addiction and conquer it! I know you can do this!!!!

I feel if I keep on going to the meetings I will have a way better chance of being sober, what I meant is gaining my confidence in myself getting my self esteem back cause I have lost it all shame and guilt has beat me down

I’m sorry you are experiencing that. I was that way at the beginning of my sobriety because of some of the really $hitty things I had done while using. You kinda have to pray through it and ask God or your higher power to take those feelings away from you.
