Today marks 176 days sober from alcohol I take it one day at a time is only when I get mad or upset that I wanna drink but I tell myself I’m better than that I’ve lost alot of friends because I quit drinking but obviously they went real friends or they world have stuck by in this time of need I was going down the wrong road in crashed at life in kept driving and driving at life then one day I just stopped everything in made a challenge to become sober and anyone going through the same as I am your doing great at getting life together keep it up
