Today, o had another incident at work were a coworker grabbed me from behind and I popped him in the mouth once. Today marks 6 months in my recovery I am grateful to have the ability to still be sober. Life is a gift everyday

This isn’t the first time something like that has happened to me I had to get surgery on my left eye from a different co worker same place. Basically cold cocked me when I wasn’t looking and now I have nerve damage. My eyesight isn’t too well I’ve now recognized that I’ve been working in a hostile environment. This notification popped up while I was being a hot head so I figured I’d post about it. I WILL GO TO A MEETING TONIGHT!

It’s Sysco the one I work at is called Sygma. We deliver store to Panera Bread, Wendy’s and papa johns

:blush: lol no it’s a logistics company they transport everything for restaurants in terms of food and supplies needed to run the store. I pick cases there and stack them on a pallet with a scanner it’s a repetitive simple job I plan on leaving it today
