Today the devil has really been in my ear about to go to bed i go back to work tomorrow it was a rough couple days off

My sons dad is a current user and I have cut him out of my life but somehow he manages to pop up every once in a while and he is a huge trigger of anger and my cravings I have 6 years clean just some days are harder then others. I'm a single mama with no family or help but I keep pushing everyday I'm hoping to get a better support system underneath me to helpe with things like this
