Today was a crazy busy and hot day at work today. So glad to be home but the upside is I'm 1,018 days sober from alcohol and got about 2 more weeks to go until I hit 34 month's of sobriety from alcohol :blush:

Tonight will be my 6 th try at quitting. Its do painful the insomnia and withdrawals

Medical detox in a hospital setting is absolutely key if you can't get over that hump. Holler at me if you need talked through the process. Done it thrice for alcohol and it is THE BEST possible way to begin sobriety from alcohol and most narcotics.

I mean if you have medical insurance, this is what is meant for; you are sick. The stigma of addiction isn't what it used to be 🤷. I dunno if you mean like for legal reasons or what but HIPPA protects that information. They get in deep $h I t for violating that these days.

I was denied whole life insurance after they ran my pharmacy report and they saw my high blood pressure medication
