Today was a tough one. I found out that my sisters ovarian cancer has returned. Being a breast cancer survivor myself I reacted and got scared. I picked up my husband‘s whiskey bottle, I did not drink, but I was tempted to get drunk and blot out all of the fears. But I am thankful that I did not drink. God has a plan for all of us. I cannot change what God is planning for Debby.

Yes I’m proud of you that you didn’t take that drink because yes life is going to be rough life isn’t gonna be easy but we had to continue to go through those rough times because at the end of the day they’re not gonna go away

I'm so proud of you for not drinking. I can only imagine the fear you have. Please stay sober for you; and you can be a better sister while sober. I will be praying for you and your sister. Message me anytime you need to talk.
