Today was easy because I kept my self busy but I've got two long weeks of this before I get off house arrest so I'm hanging in there

Staying busy really helps me so much!! It’s a struggle but so worth it in the long run!! Keep up the hard work! It does pay off! I don’t have much sobriety, but I try my hardest every day! 
Yah it's something I do to stay away from the bad stuff sometimes I catch myself thinking about them but always used grounding to keep them at bay
