My heart is so heavy for you Dirk. That’s so much loss and that is not easy. But seriously, helping others really does make you feel good…and look-you ended up helping someone out in a different way, even though your day started out quite the opposite. Actually, yesterday when I was having this awful day I actually went to an orientation that helps special need people get up on the slopes here at Mt. Bachelor. I didn’t want to go bc of the day and it was snowing and icy, but I did and I’m glad that I did. It feels good to give back.
Thanks for the sentiments Brit. I really appreciate it! The day ended well for you as well! I am glad to hear it! We both seem to have an innate sense of what can help us in situations like that. Good on both of us! I am in Tualatin, Oregon!
Wow look at that! We are practically neighbors lol
I know! Way cool!
I have friends that live in the town of Sisters. I hope I’m not seeming too forward because that’s not my intention. Maybe meet up sometime and just talk about our experiences. Getting my Mini fixed soon. If it’s not cool, I totally understand.
I was in sisters last night for that orientation! It’s always nice to make a new friend
I agree. Working early tomorrow. Nice to meet you. Enjoy your evening!
P.S. It is a small world after all…
Oh wow, so am I! Check out Clark’s University, I’d be more than happy to have a side conversation about the gym.
