Today was very trying for me today I had a meeting with DSS and I did everything this lady has asked me to do and she is still treating me as if I was a monster I don't get it my 42 days of sobriety don't mean jack to this woman
Good job on the 42! It is a huge accomplishment. Be proud of that! As far as DSS… try and look at it from her point of view, how often is she lied to? How often is she sent into horrible situations? How many times has she been berated, yelled at, threatened? I know it would put my guard up. You may not want to, but be patient. The proof is in time, and showing, not just telling. You will get there. Keep doing the next right thing and miracles do happen!
